Not in the slightest.

The Earth rotates at about 1,674.4 km/h whilst revolving around the Sun at 107,208 km/h while the whole Solar System rotates around the Galactic Centre at about 828,000 km/h

Both the Sun and the Earth exert gravitational pull on each other; the resulting tension causes the Earth to remain in space rather than crash into the Sun.

No. It is moving quite rapidly through space. The earth is buzzing along in its own orbit around the sun, and the whole solar system is racing in its orbit around the center of the Milky Way.

How does a satellite stay in one place?

For a satellite to stay in one place over the earth, the satellite must be going in orbit in the same direction that the earth spins. The satellite must also travel at the same pace/speed as the earth spins to give us the 24-hour day that we as people witness. To apparently stay in one place it must be in a synchronous orbit. For the earth this is about 24,000 miles altitude. It must also be an equatorial satellite.
