Is an off center $50.00 worth more
Its value depends on how much the bill is off centered. If the bill simply has uneven borders it's not worth anything extra. If you can see part of a different bill it will be worth more. In any case it should be inspected by a dealer or appraiser who specializes in error currency.
yes it is still worth $1000 but probably worth more to a collector.
A 50 dollar bill needs to be printed before 1920 to fetch a lot of money in this market. Bills before this can be worth hundreds or even thousands more than face value.
More information is needed. Please post a new, separate question with the bill's date.
...Nothing. There is and was no US one million dollar bill in circulation. It is a privately made novelty item that isn't worth more than the money used to print it.

it is worth much more
To the best of my knowledge, a circulated 1963 the dollar bill should be worth about $15.00 as of 2/2009. A bill that has not yet been circulated may be worth more, maybe up to $25.00.

A 10-dollar bill that was printed in 1934 is worth little more than 10 dollars. Depending on the series, it may be worth around 15 dollars.
