No, the entire platform as such is not renewable. Some repairs could be done to the structure though. Various parts and machinery on the platform is renewable, repairable or replaceable.
No, an oil production platform is not renewable. It is used to extract finite fossil fuel resources from the earth and is not a sustainable or renewable source of energy. Renewable energy sources include solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal power.
An oil rig is an oil platform or oil production platform. A drilling is different though.
Oil
Energy from the burning of fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) is non-renewable.
no, it is completely unrenewable!! No, not in human timescales.
I'm not sure if you are referring to money or oil production but, it all depends on the amount of wells and actual oil producing capability of every well on the Oil rig (also known as a production platform). It can produce volumes of around <500 BPD (Barrels/Day) and can exceed 15 000 BPD. There are also multiple wells on a single rig. So, if you have for eg. 40 wells producing an average of 5000 BPD between them on a single platform, you are looking at 200 000 BPD which could add up to $20 000 000 per day. You have to keep in mind that these operations are extremely expensive to run and the exploration and drilling operations cost billions even before any oil was produced. The oil production of every single well decreases over time and profits decrease.

Cotton is renewable; oil is not renewable.
Yes. An oil rig and an oil production platform are the same thing.A drilling rig is different though.
baby oil is not renewable
water is renewable but not oil.
Wind is a renewable resource. Oil is not a renewable resource.
Fossil fuel oil and gas are non-renewable.Vegetable oil and biogas are renewable.
No, it is not renewable
Non renewable
The main downside of using cheap oil is the production of cheaper oil can be a threat to renewable and more environmentally friendly energy sources. This could ultimately be harmful for the environment.
Fuel cells are a manufactured item and are not renewable. The fuel that is used in the fuel cells can either be renewable (alcohol, methane from waste digestion, hydrogen from wind or solar conversion of water) or non-renewable (Hydrogen or methane from oil and gas production, alcohol from industrial processes)
If you are talking about the oil that comes out of the ground, it is non renewable. however if you are talking about the oils that we get from plants and animals, they are renewable.
