Umm.. no, they are not softwares, instead, hardwares. Softwares are programs inside a computer that you can't actually touch. And hardwares classified into output devices are hardwares connecting to a computer (using wire, bluetooth, whatever..) producing thigns out of them, so a printer: it prints images out from the soft copy. And for a monitor: It diesplays everything on the screen, for you to look at.
