Yes, most anyone can develop anorexia. However, it is even more dangerous with diabetics than for a non-diabetic person, as the health risks go up sharply. Type 1 Diabetes can start from childhood and is not weight associated, so I would imagine so. Type 2 is normally weight related.

Diabetics don't manage insulin very well, type 1 diabetics even have to take insulin medications. But for the purpose of this question, we're focusing on type 2 diabetics. Type 2 diabetics can't manage insulin very well, so they have to keep their blood glucose levels under control with diet. Anorexic people that don't eat however, what do you think their blood glucose level is? It isn't very high due to the fact that they're not eating anything, food possesses glucose.

So, Diabetics and Anorexics both have a lower blood glucose level. Diabetics however, don't choose this path.
