Is Oakdale, California safe from Tsunamis
Live away from the sea on high ground.
No place on earth is "always" safe, and Japan is no exception. Natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, and mud slides among others have the potential to be deadly. However, Japan does have a lower crime rate than most other first-world nations, and by comparison, could be considered safer than many developed countries.
yes if consider "safe" unlikely causes of death then go with Nevada , if you dont then no
any underground trenches are not affected by tsunamis, earthquakes etc.
Earth is definitely not safe, it's just the safest place we can live.

Hong Kong is generally a very safe place to live with far lower crime rates than Europe and the USA. It is very much a 24 hour place so people are constantly around which adds to the safe feeling you have here. Like all big cities crime is present but if you are sensible and don't wander off alone you will find it is a very safe place for men and for women.
