Howrse General User Conditions strictly forbids anyone but the original creator of the account from accessing it. You risk a permanent Ban by not following those guidelines.

No need to look for a free account, you're able to register on Howrse for free. If you need to restart your game because your horse died or you want to start over go to "My Account" and on the bottom of the page you'll need to put in your password.
How do you contact the Howrse people when your account is banned?
You cannot contact anybody on howrse once your account is banned. If you are trying to contact the owners of howrse, you then go to your account and click contact them.

If you're making a new account on Howrse is there any way to give your horses on your previous account to your new account?
The only way you could do this is by selling them to a trusted friend, and then buying them back from your new account. If you made a new account before deleting your old one, that would be considered multi-accounting and you could face being sanctioned.
