Yes. It can be. It should be. It is key hole surgery. ( I had opportunity to assist the planned operation to my teacher Dr. N. K. Deshmukh in 1990 in my O.T. He gave very small cut to the abdomen, about one inch. Through that cut he inserted his finger in the abdomen. He pulled out the appendix. How he did it, is still out of imagination. Very easily the operated on the appendix. Pushed it inside the abdomen. Closed the abdomen by giving few stitches. There was only about 5 to 10 ml bleeding probably. Operation was done by the angle from the heaven, probably.)
