Aviod: Spicy , gassey spices and vegetables. No sausages hotdogs or food in that type of casing with that type of filling. Aviod Highly concetrated bottled juice beverages always dilute with water. Aviod brown rice mixtures. Corn is ok but wouldn't recommend it. You might wind up with another problem. Its kinda like going to a mechanic sometimes. Aviod vegetables like celery and radishes.
OK things: Oatmeal, eggs, pastas, bananas, broths, low grizzle meats, the softer the meat, the easier it is for your stomach to digest it. Water and lots of it, always clears your pipes. Seafood is fine if you can eat it. Vegtables are ok as long as they are cooked enough that they are soft enough to be easily digestible. Limit yourself on the amount of bread that you eat. Eat all kinds of breads if you wish, but stick most like to white breads they slowly move on to the harsher stuff. Sweets are fine though.
