Age wise, perhaps, but Asa is slight of build and Artemis requires more maturity than an 11 year old can probably provide. If you have seen him in Hugo, you know he can appear quite young, and I am sure he can act quite mature, if you have seen him in The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.
Ireland is the place for casting calls on the Artemis Fowl movie, if they are maKING ONE, i BELEIVE, BECAUSE the character Artemis Fowl is Irish, has a manshion home in Ireland, and filming it there would give the best scenary if it is a live-action film which I hope it is, because I'm looking to play the role of Artemis. But they could film it in Hollywood. I heard that Eoin Colfer, the author of the Artemis Fowl seiries, wanted to film it in Ireland.
It is not officially said who the actors will be. But there is an Artemis Fowl movie in the making. (Hopefully a funny middle-aged person! :)
If you mean the game then it always changes and you just have to play the small games
