They are......currently. However, recent events from the denial of accreditation from the Western Association has made HLC put Ashford on an accreditation watch list. They have a laundry list if criteria they have to meet in the coming months, or else they will lose that accreditation as well. So, if you are thinking of applying, then I would wait to see what happens.
