No. Air pressure is the weight of air that holds us down. Once you get out of Earth's atmosphere, there is no air, thus no air pressure. That's why everything floats in outter space.

Yes. The higher you go, the cold it gets and the more pressure there is. If you climb a mountain, you will notice how you have to wear heavy gear to protect yourself from the pressure.
