An azodicarbonamide is an organic chemical used in the food industry as an additive, a flour bleaching agent, an improving agent, and in foaming plastics.
chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs)
Azodicarbonamide is manufactured through the thermal decomposition of hydrazine and urea, or by reacting sodium azide with carbon dioxide under controlled conditions. The process typically involves the mixing of these chemicals in a reactor, followed by heating to initiate the reaction. The resulting azodicarbonamide is then purified, often through crystallization, to achieve the desired quality and specifications for various applications, such as in plastics and food processing.

It can be made out of whales blubber but you can get chewing gum which is not.
An azobisformamide is another name for an azodicarbonamide, an organic yellow-orange-red powder used in the food industry as an additive, a flour bleaching agent, and in foaming plastics.
It is only banned as a food ingredient in Australia and New Zealand. I have so far been able to determine why it is banned in Aus and NZ as it is generally considered to be a non-toxic (when neutralised) alkali used to neutralise acids.
Red Bull is banned in some countries due to the ingredient Taurine not being allowed in certain products in these countries such as Denmark and Norway. Taurine is an amino acid found naturally in your body which Red Bull synthetically produce for their energy drinks.
Darvocet was banned due to safety concerns regarding its active ingredient, propoxyphene, which was found to increase the risk of serious heart rhythm abnormalities. The FDA determined that the risks of using Darvocet outweighed its benefits, leading to its removal from the market in 2010.
Asbestos use in the United Kingdom and EU are now banned , it can no longer be used, sold, imported or exported, you can't even give it away. In the US asbestos is not banned, but its uses are limited and new construction materials should not contain asbestos as an intentionally added ingredient.
Examples: potassium bromate, ascorbic acid, benzoyl peroxide, calcium peroxide, chlorine dioxide, azodicarbonamide, azobisformamide, sodium benzoate etc.
The active ingredient in Phera plex or P-Plex. You can also write it like 17a-Methyl-5a-androst-2-ene-17b-ol. It has been banned since summer of 09' I believe.
