Some are autothroph (purple sulfur bacteria, cyanobacteria), but many aren`t.
Auto-self Hetero-another Troph-feeder Therefor, the auto + the troph makes it something that produces it's own food, or self feeding. The Hetero + the troph makes it one who feeds of of others. The "troph" relates both to feeding, while the "hetero" and "auto" make them different. Hope this helps.
Frogs, being animals, are heterotrophs. An autotroph (Greek- auto=self, troph=nutrition), such as a plant, makes its own food through the process of photo- or chemosynthesis, which a frog does not do- a frog is a heterotroph (Greek- hetero=other, troph=nutriotion), which means it has other means of receiving its food, for instance the frog, that gains its nutrition from eating other organisms.
Viruses (e.g. colds and flu), auto-immune diseases, and most forms of cancer are just a few examples of diseases that are not caused by bacteria.

that's easy... plants! photo means light auto means self and troph means food... when you put the three together it is an organism that makes its own food from the sun so.,. daffodil, tulip and daisy are fine * photoautotrophs include cyanobacteria and the Kingdom Plantae
Auto = self, troph = eating. Autotrophs are plants, able to feed themselves through photosynthesis. Plants don't generally move, though there are some exceptions and they can of course disperse through seeds.
