Well, Bad Company has larger maps, amazing graphics, tanks, helicopters and other vehicles. And well, sorry to say this, Call of Duty Black Ops have small maps, terrible graphics, terrible maps, small maps, and no vehicles that you can enter. In my opinion, Battlefield: Bad Compnay 2 is WAY better.
