Are bagels healthy?
Are they healthy relative to what? They are more healthy than donuts, since donuts are basically flour, sugar and grease. bagels are a bread that has been boiled then baked. Depending on what has been added, bagels can be reasonably healthy, but recognize that they are relatively high in carbohydrates and definitely should not be considered a diet food.
What is the differnse between a bagel and a donut?
Donuts and bagels are not alike because bagels have trans fat, and bagels are full of wheat, so they don't. People consider a bagel as a healthy breakfast, while others think that a donut is. these people are mostly fat, or just have a sweet tooth. Doughnuts will never be healthy. But bagels will. A doughnut is good and a bagel is dry

Can cold bagels give you a disease?
Cold, but already cooked, bagels would not unless they are contaminated in some way or unless you already have a genetic or nutritional/metabolic disease that can be aggravated by eating carbohydrates and other ingredients in the bagels. In an otherwise healthy adult, properly prepared cold breads (including bagels) should not cause disease. There would be some risk of bacteria if you are talking about eating raw or uncooked dough, depending somewhat on the specific ingredients.
