There is no answer for sure, but it is a speculated possibility that Bane will be using venom in this movie. Since it the director was willing to use this idea, it's possible that he may be willing to use the idea of venom as long as he explains how it came in to the picture. It is also thought that Bane will be aligned with the league of shadows who may supply the venom which could be administered through his breathing apparatus.
