There is an infinite loop that uses Premature Burial and Brionac - Dragon of the Ice Barrier. To stop people abusing the loop, Premature Burial was banned.

You can concede a Duel and start the next one at any time. So technically Victory Dragon's effect is rendered useless, it will never be able to win the Match, because people can concede just that one Duel. To avoid arguments about how and when you should be able to concede, they just banned the card altogether.

It's not 'banned', it's more accurate to say it has never had a legal printing. All 'English' versions have had "This card cannot be used in a duel", and all Japanese prints did too, until a legal reprint in V-Jump magazine.

Crimson Dragon is only a concept in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's storyline. Konami has yet to release it as an official card.
