YES!
Star Trek came first, debuting in 1966. Battlestar Galactica debuted in 1978.
No , Lorne Greene played the part of Commander Adama on Battlestar Galactica .
There are no main characters (or minor characters I can think of) from Star Trek TNG named or referred to as "Six". "Six" however is a human cylon model from the new Battlestar Galactica Perhaps the OP is referring to the character 'Seven' as in 'Seven of Nine', a former borg drone on Star Trek: Voyager.
The Borg were introduced before Battlestar Galactica was on screen so no.Answer:Battlestar Galactica (and the Cylons) were a 1978 TV series. Star Trek (and the Borg) didn't get together until the 1986 Next Generation episodes. So if you consider malevolent mechanical critters to be all the same the Cylons preceded the Borg by 18 years. However menacing machines have been a standard feature of science fiction for many years (even before Star Trek) and the idea could have come from many sources. As an example Dr. Who's Daleks or Fred Saberhagan's Berserkers. There are few overlaps between the two sets of villains - Borg are a hive mind grown and changed by grafting human and artificial bits together, the Cylons (at least in the original Galactica) were essentially robots with independent capacities.
Star Trek
Yes and no. The core game ships with 5 or so Federation ships, 2 Klingon Ships, 1 Romulan ship, a few cardassian ships and the rest fall under "Other". However, there are mods available for the game covering almost every sci-fi series, from Stargate to Star Wars to Battlestar Galactica. The amount of Star Trek content and the quality was such that several of the Community's best modders were hired to contribute assets to "Star Trek: Legacy". The modpack I personally recommend if you're a Star Trek fan is the Kobayashimaru 1.0 mod from Bcfiles.com.
doctor who

STAR TREK!
In order Star Trek: The Motion Picture Star Trek: The Wrath of Kahn Star Trek: The Search for Spock Star Trek: The Voyage Home Star Trek: The Final Frontier Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country Star Trek: Generations Star Trek: First Contact Star Trek: Insurrection Star Trek: Nemesis Star Trek (plain and simple Star Trek)
Star Trek: The animated Series (1973) Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987) Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1993) Star Trek: Voyager (1995) Star Trek: Enterprise (2001)
That question is opinion-based and therefore debatable. But personally, I believe Star Wars is loved more than Star Trek.
