Go Foods provides us energy, help us to do work, run, jump and play. Examples are; bread, corn, potato and rice. Grow Foods help us to grow tall and strong. Examples are; chicken, milk, egg, fish, nuts and beans. Glow Foods help us to stay healthy and keep us from becoming ill. Examples are; watermelon, vegetables, oranges, bananas and pineapple.
