My opinion is for a nice dinner - wine is favorable. For a casual dinner - beer is the favorite. YMMV..........................
Your level of intoxication will be a lot higher if you have a glass of wine rather than a bottle of beer.
Drinking red wine (as well as white wine, beer and distilled spirits) in moderation is associated with better health and longer life than abstaining from alcohol.
Red wine has about the same health benefits as does beer and distilled spirits. Consumed in moderation, they are all associated with better health than abstaining.
Yes; red wine is better.
Better than? Lemonade? White wine? Etc?
they are both bad for the heart, but beer is worse. Wine is better for you but still not good for your heart
Consuming any form of alcoholic beverage (wine, beer, or distilled spirits such as gin and whiskey) in moderation is associated with better health and greater longevity than is either abstaining or abusing alcohol.
beer
Pretty sure a 6 pack of beer has more fl. oz. than 2 glasses of red wine. Plus wine is prevents cancer or something :D
Wine does not have to be red to be beneficial to health and longevity. The moderate consumption of any form of alcoholic beverage (beer, wine or liquor), unless contraindicated by pregnancy or other cause, is associated with better health and greater longevity than is either abstaining from alcohol or abusing it.
Red wine (as well as white and rose wine), beer, and distilled spirits (whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka, etc.) are all associated with better health and greater longevity when consumed regularly and in moderation.
beer and red wine
