Pledge. I have had the same wood floors for almost 6 years. I have used pledge all those years and they still look new. If you truly want the best, I recommend F.A. Seeds' Wood Dressing. It's made by a small company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. It also happens to be the oldest patented wood polish in the United States, established in the late 1800s.

It does not stain `cabinets if they are made entirely of wood. It will stain formica or similar type surfaces on cabinets. Also do not polish any metal with the Pledge.
I searched the internet and found many different responses on this one. For myself, I am currently using Pledge Furniture polish on my boat, my truck, and stainless steel.The bottom line of what I'm reading is it works great to give a quick shine to most painted or sealed surfaces, but doesn't last very long.I've read people are using it on vinyl seats, tires, and plastic windshields.
