No it doesn't. Black people have defining characteristics from other races, as every race does. Factors such as hair type, facial bone structure, body shape etc. Without going into too much detail, the skin underneath will come to the top and the dead tanned skin will fall off (without you noticing) making the person what ever colour they were again. Hope this helps!
No it makes you half black quarter Asian quarter Latino
rip the cord in half carefully and make it look like rats chewed it.
Black makes you look skinny.
Mix half-and-half powdered sugar and cornstarch.
Mixture of both but the skin color could be light brown to make you look half African (depends if your black dad originally came from Africa)
To make pants half white you can easily bleach the side of the pants you wish to be white.
You can get advice if you look it up online.
I believe you meant 'does wearing black make you look thinner'...the answer is yes. The opposite is true if you wear white.
You cannot literally make black pants look blue by changing the colour of your shirt but you may want to try wearing, Black jeans with a white plain top and a dark blue plain jacket and shoes. This will create the effect of them being 'blue.'
