As a metal, yes.

Thermal conductivity: 190 W/m.K

Electrical resistivity: 3,8.10-8 ohm.m

Yes, its a metal and conducts both well. Unfortunately it's toxic too, precluding it from most such uses (although it is used in alloys without any toxic issues).
