Not necessarily . It denpends how you wear it. if you wear it in the classic goth style - i.e Dark hair and makup , pale face, black clothes, depressing music etc. Then YES.
but if you wear it , say with a pretty dress or pretty girlish top and jeans or whatever, then NO it would not be considered gothic :)
