Color blindness that exists from birth is not treatable. They do make certain contact lenses that have been shown to help a colorblind person distinguish colors they might otherwise be unable to detect. (ie- x-chrom lens) If it's an acquired colorblindness, that usually develops from a retinal or neurological problem. Sometimes, if you treat the cause of the acquired colorblindness, it can slightly improve, but most likely it won't improve.
