Boron is the chemical element that's listed as B on the periodic table. It's classified as a metalloid, and is not magnetic in the least.
The simple answer is that magnetism requires electron pairing which boron does not possess.
According to Wikipedia, Boron is NONmagnetic. Therefore it doesn't have magnetic properties.
