Yes! I think they are awesome! I got mine when i was 11 ( Young , i know! ) and i was the only one in my entire school too have them. People always used too ask to look at my braces and the reply was always ' Cool ' or ' I love the colours! ' or ' Wow! I wish i had braces! ' , so it was cool. The only problem is that you have too get them tightened every 10 weeks, and after that it hurts for 1 - 2 days , but , its all worth it! When you get them tightened , you can change the colour too , so that's COOL!
I love braces and they are way worth it! :D

∙ 15y agoNO THERE NOT. THER JUST SOMETHING THAT KEEPS YOUR TEATH STRAIGHT. THERE IS NOTHING TO BE WORIED ABOUT BECAUS EIF YOU THINK ABOUT IT ITS NOT YOUR FAULT FOR HAVING CROCKED TETH AND MOST PEOPLE HAVE BRACES AND MIGHT OR HAD.

∙ 11y agoNo, they pinch and leave sores In your mouth from rubbing and when you get them on or when you get them tightened it makes your teeth sore. And I can't think of a single person who looks better with braces than without

∙ 13y agoNo my teeth are ichty at the top sometimes and my braces came off 2 years ago... But u get sexy teeth so go for it .. It makes a hudge difference ... My teeth are yellow lol but there perfectly str8 and i dont care if anyone sees my teeth

Braces are definitely cool once they're off! And since plenty of people in high school have them, all it takes is some self-confidence and people will see them as cool too. You can't get them 'as early' or 'as late' as possible since they have to begin when your adult teeth are all in place and not before. But you'll want to look good all your life, not just in your teens, so having the braces now is worth it even if people make fun of you every day! Which they won't.
