OF COURSE! except like doughnuts and stuff. That's kinda what i eat like every morning :/ i know its bad.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Depending on what you eat for breakfast, it can be healthy. Unlike donuts and other sugary "breakfasts", healthy breakfasts include fruit,whole-grain cereals, and other stuff.

If you don't eat a good breakfast it can lower you metabolism and therefor it will be harder to lose weight or burn calories.
