Calcium is extremely neccasary to have in your body. Lack of calcium can cause: cramps, muscle spasms, and brittle or brokendown bones. CXalcium is found in a very common and delicious drink: Milk! MAny people drink lots of milk everyday;keep it up! It is good to try and drink milk on a regular basis. As a drink, cereal, or dairy products! So when your body needs more calcium, it will remove it from the stored calcium in your bones, causing your muscles, bones, and you to become weaker! Calcium is responsible for 2/3 of your weight!
