Modern Warefare 2 will allow you to play multi player in special ops although multi player is still not available on campaign mode. On xbox live you cant play multi player either. Yes it does suck that you cant play with your friend but its still really fun to hang out while you play single player.

∙ 14y agoIt has Online play with up to 10+ players, Has a multi player splitscreen option with up to 4 players, has a spec ops mode for 2 players wireless or splitscreen to do.
All in all I say it is.

∙ 12y agoNo it isnt it is only two players but for Xbox Live it depends on what you are playing. If it is Spec Ops on Xbox Live it is two players only. But if you in a friend's player lobby in the online multiplayer (team deathmatch,ground war,etc.)then it can be up to i think 4,5,6,7 im not sure about the limit but i know you can fit a lot of people

∙ 14y agono, however there is a 'spec ops' mode, which enables 2 players to complete special operations, hence the name, to work together either on split screen or online.
