yes. in the season 2 finale episode "War of the Worlds" ben gets the master control
and the first alien he turns into is Cannonbolt. the only difference between the first Cannonbolt and the second one is the second one has green eyes, the omnitrix symbol is on his chest now, his lower stripe is gone, his fangs are smaller, and he is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker meaning he has a slightly higher voice.
after cannonbolt, ben turns into upchuck who is a lot different he doesn't wear clothes, his eyes are green and stick out, he has a higher voice, he is dark green with super dark green patches here and there and he doesn't have little flat toes, instead they are little stubs with big claws on 'em and the omnitrix is on his chest (his stomach actually)
after upchuck, ben turns into Way Big who isn't different except his eyes are green.
in Vengeance of Vilgax, Vilgax totally destroys Chromastone (into pieces)
and diamondhead grows from the remains who is way different.
he has five fingers on each hand now and his eyes are green. the rest of him on the other hand is way different. his whole body is textured like Chromastone's skin (except for his arms and his face) (also on diamondhead, Chromastone's texture covers his whole body except arms and face, he practically wears chromastone's skin like a sleeve-less jacket with a hood. Chromastone's skin is even on his forehead. but not his arms, face and lower jaw). OH YEAH and he has all six of chromastone's shards on his back. and he has the shards on his chest also all of them are purple

in the video game, gorvan is the main villain in the beginning and gorvan is a tetramand (fourarms' species)
