No, it will not harm it. The Apple iPhone uses Lithium batteries that use a trickle charge at the end of charging, so you do not need to worry about overcharging the battery by leaving it plugged in.

It's not bad, many people do it all the time. Apple doesn't recommend it because it believes that over time it can hinder the performance of the phone.
Yes as this over charges your battery which then leads to your battery getting damaged.
It might need charging or he just forgot it.
Yes.
A cell phone charging pad is a device that allows you to charge your cell phone wirelessly. All that you need to do is set your phone on top of the pad. The phone does not need to be plugged in for it to start charging. A cell phone charging pad is extremely convenient to use. All you have to do is set your phone on top of it before you go to sleep, and you will never have to worry about your phone going dead again. The ease and comfort of using a cell phone charging pad makes it a great investment.
Yes
No. It is no different than texting or browsing the internet while your phone is charging.
in my opinion no
you dont.
maybe...
I don't think that charging a cell phone battery every night hurts the battery. It does not matter how long the battery is being charged. The battery is created for specified period of time and then needs to be changed.
yeah but don't leave it for like a full day . i'm always on my phone and what i do is when its on like 2 bars what i'd do is that night leave it on charge for the night but unplug it when i get up straight away and i charge it in a wall socket there's nothing wrong with that and i need my phone to always be charged up because im texting people every single 10/ 5 mins and even less when they text me back and i'm never saw without my phone not even 4 1 moment
No problem at all.
