Sauces contain thickening agents which often include flour, so they may well contain gluten - although not all sauces have the same recipe. Check the label.
I had curry and had a bad reaction. I think you have to be very careful; we don't know what a restaurant adds to the sauce.
Curry is a mix of spices that may vary depending on the recipe. If there is no wheat in the composition then it is gluten free.

I am not looking for gluten free recipes. I don't have a gluten problem, but I have heard that being gluten free is better for you. I might start looking for gluten free recipes if that is true.
