I don't see how it's worse. They generally cause the same symptoms or no symptoms, and the same damage. Gonorrhea has more concern about antibiotic resistance. They are both very treatable. They are both hard to spell! :)

∙ 10y agoBoth cause about the same amount of trouble, are equally easy to treat, and are spread the same way. My opinion: chlamydia's a little worse because it's less likely to have symptoms, so it's easier to have it without knowing.
