of course!
assuming you're talking about Elder Scrolls: Oblivion real.
open the terminal (~ key), and type in "coc testinghall" (no quotes).
You will be pleasantly suprised.
'coc testinghall' is a command on the PC version. There is no command console for the 360 version, so you can't go to the testinghall.
In the PC version you must use the console (~) and type "coc testinghall" Hope this Helps
type... Coc testinghall
If you play on the Xbox360 or PS3 it is impossible. If you play on the PC, you type 'coc testinghall' in the command and it'll take you there.
yes and no,you can take the armor from cheat coc testinghall but it doesnt show up in your inventory
if you have oblivion on the PC you can type in the cheats menu coc testinghall here you will find rooms with every weapon, armours and other cool stuff.
if you have it on PC activate a quest with a location then use cheat "movetoqt" and your at the quest target Close to the place you appear in the testing hall is a green-tinted doorway that leads to 'Hawkhaven'. Fast travel is enabled from there, so you can simply fast travel to any part of the map you wish.
If you are using the PC version, you can open the command console with tilde ( ~ ), and type in: coc testinghall You will then be transported into a room with a lot of doors. Find your way to the door marked "Armor warehouse". Go inside, and you should see most of the armour in the game.
For the 360 or Ps3 i have no idea. however for the PC all you have to do is hit the "~" key and then type in "coc testinghall". this will take you to a giant room with about 50 doors. These doors contain just about everything you could imigine. However this is considored cheating, so if your a "play by the rules gamer" stay away from this room. Enjoy!
