Coldplay is no longer being sued for plagiarism
they are getting sued because they stole the name from someone in the U.S.A.
personally i don't think coldplay stole the song CAUSE IAM THEIR #1 FAN!!! buh heres it cat Stevens says coldplay stole there melody to their song "foreigner suite"for coldplay's viva la vida song. and their bassist joe satrani says coldplay stole their melody to their other song called "if i could fly". to me coldplAY DIDNT STILL it but coldplay still got sued!!! but in the begining of joe satrani's "if i could fly song" it does sound a bit similar when he plays the metal guitar
It is about a king getting overthrown by his people.
