Colostomy
I had this problem several years ago, it was caused by diverticulitis. You need to see a doctor and they will probably need to schedule you for a colonoscopy. The colonoscopy is easy, do not worry about it. If you have diverticulitis and do not change to a high fiber diet you can develop "pockets" in your colon that can become abscessed and get infected. If unchecked it can result in the need for a colostomy surgery which can leave you wearing a colostomy bag.
