It could be, but I wouldn't risk it. You can just go and purchase some more to be absolutely sure. I found mine in the like, personal care area around vitamins and whatnot. Go for natural, non-iodized sea salt. Don't get the bath kind either :)
Sea salt is the best thing for piercing cleaning. Just let it dissolve in warm water first.
sea salt/saline spray & neosporin cream on the outside and that's it
Not just regular table salt. You need to use natural sea salt. Otherwise it could have stuff added to it that's not ideal for piercings :)
Yes, cooking salt = table salt = rock salt = salt = halite = sodium chloride = NaCl
NO!!!! you should use salt sea spray from a local piercing shop and drench the hole with it
Yes. Using salt water is a great way to clean surface piercings and is all natural. It's also great for cleaning other wounds, infections, etc.
Yes, in fact the saltwater may be benneficial to the piercings healing process. I only use all natural sea salt in warm water to clean my piercings and have yet to have a single issue with any of them.
Sea Salt Spray
No, and not because it's drinkable alcohol. Any form of alcohol kills the new cells that are healing the piercing along with bacteria. Peroxide and alcohol shouldn't be used on piercings. Soaking your piercing in salt water is good for piercings, and helps prevent and treat infections.
No I wouldn't use it for cooking. Get yourself some good sea salt.
Using less salt for cooking !
yes as long as there is no iodine in it
