obviously, as you cannot get them w/o jailbreaking
by juggling you nuggets for a while.
no it was takin to court and proven that jailbreaking is legal however the installing of cracked apps on the device is illegal
No
no
If you mean cracked apps, you will most likely not get caught although this is illegal. If you do, then you may have to pay fees or end up in prison (highly unlikely). If you mean apps that are not cracked, just simply games in the cydia store, then they are most likely not illegal because nothing is illegal about it, jailbreaking is perfectly legal (in america). Although jailbreaking does void your warranty on your iPhone/iPod with apple; you can reset your phone to uninstalling cydia, leaving no traces of jailbreaking.
You cannot get all apps for free without jailbreaking an iPod Touch. It is not possible.
it doesn't make all apps free, it allows you to download apps for free and install those on your ipod. the app has to be cracked to do it like this. you can find free cracked apps on lot's of sites.
A jailbroken ipod is legal, and getting jailbroken aps is legal too. But, getting cracked apps (apps which you usually pay for, but you can download for free) is illegal. Eventhough jailbreaking is legal, if you take a jailbroen ipod to an apple store, they won't like it
