Critic acid is a mixture of ice and germs that mix together to form a red paste.
it is like oranges (they have citric acid in some burn and some don't). pH 1-6 on the pH scale. 7 is nuteral. 8-15 is an alcali.

I'm going to take a "Wild" stab at this Question and say that Critic Acid, being the trademark of Critic Fruits, of which the Orange is one of, would be Acidic, rather then Alkaline.
