I think you are asking about mangoes. Or mango trees. Crude oil is by definition, is the oil that comes out of a well. Crude oil can vary from very thick and black oil to almost transparent like gasoline. Generally, crude oil is sent to a refinery, where many petrochemicals are produced including jet fuel and gasoline. In any case, crude oil is generally considered harmful to plant life, when large quantities are spilled. I don't know if this is your question. Also, I note that special horticultural oils are available to treat fungal diseases. This may be the case for mangoes.
