at the age of 16 you can be with anyone up to 4 years older than you. if your 16/17 and your partner is over 18 you can have sex and stuff, but any sexual stuff CANNOT be documented. not in a diary or anything. even if its consentual. if the documentation is found the person that is older can be fined or even go to jail. and they can be turned in by parents or other family even friends and the police take action. so consider yourself warned!

I think anyone who is under the age of 18 shoould be able to date anyone who they choose... and if they are in love, then just leave them alone. no one likes to be told who they can and cannot date. i mean honestly.. this is not the 1800'z anymore. this is 2008! most girls under the age of 18 are into older guys! i know i am. and he even knows i am only 16. he is 21. i REALLY like him. and he REALLY likes me! and my friend doesnt like the fact that we like one another! i dont get this stupid law!
