No detergent is a liquid unless you buy Tide or another detergent in a box then it could be a solid. But in most instances it is a liquid.
Basically it is detergent (surfactant/soap) but without water or with very little water.
Laundry detergent is not a hydrate. Hydrates are solid compounds that contain water molecules in their crystal structure. Laundry detergent is a mixture of different chemicals, typically in liquid or powder form, used for cleaning clothes.
Actually, it is aerosols... It is a gaseous suspension of fine solid or liquid particles such as paint, detergent or insecticide.
Powder detergent is not typically flammable in its solid state. However, if the powder is dispersed in the air and comes into contact with a flame or spark, it can ignite and be flammable. It is important to store powder detergent in a cool, dry place away from any potential ignition sources.

It is a more solid form of detergent. You just wipe a sponge in it and it works like liquid detergent but lasts longer and is better and easier. I just discovered it here in Costa Rica and I'm wondering why it isn't more widely known.
Yes, liquid Tide laundry detergent can freeze if exposed to very low temperatures, typically below 32°F (0°C). While the detergent may not freeze solid like water, its viscosity can increase significantly, affecting its performance. It’s best to store laundry detergent in a temperature-controlled environment to maintain its effectiveness. If it does freeze, allow it to thaw completely before use.
