Depending upon your beliefs, it shouldn't. In The Bible, Lucifer only has a draconic form for the purposes of symbolism; which is in the book of Revelation. Now, 'dragon' has been used to refer to him, however, Lucifer is not a dragon himself. Rather, he is a fallen angel that persists in the task of plaguing humanity and causing it to turn away from God.
I know not of any record of demonic dragons, unless you stretch it a bit by considering the Babylonian goddess, Ti'amat, a 'devil dragon'. She was described as monstrous and draconian in shape, but hardly a 'devil', unless you used the word as an adjective instead of a noun.
Now, in the role-playing game Dungeons and Dragons, demonic dragons are certainly possible, as dragons are able to mate with just about anything in that game; due to dragons being inherently magical in nature. But remember, it's only a game; so I would take that with a grain of salt.
I think you mean the Jersey devil. I've never heard of a Jersey Dragon.
