Im assuming you mean Maxmypc and no! It will install malware/viruses on your computer and then tell you that your computer is infected and make you pay them to get rid of the malware/viruses. Its a scam that's making A LOT of money.
If you mean if anyone can monitor what you say in conversations on meebo, then it is possible if you have a keylogger or some other sort of malware. But if your computer is clean, then you should be OK.
