The 6.7L inline six is a 24 valve engine. It will be in the 2013 Ram heavy duty trucks.
the 09 dodge has an okay engine don't get the 10-11 years because the older dodges have the 5.9 liter the new dodges have the 6.7 liter and they don't last as long as the 5.9.
the dodge/ cummins engine does not have glow plugs
Depending on model year, either a 5.9 liter or 6.7 liter inline six. A 5.0 liter V8 is supposed to be introduced for the Dodge Ram 1500, as well as the Toyota Tundra.
In 2004, the Dodge Cummins Diesel was not equipped with an oxygen sensor. The 2007.5 and newer Cummins 6.7 liter Bluetec diesels have an O2 sensor in the downpipe. Typically, only particulate filter equipped diesels have O2 sensors.
Dodge V8 uses 10W30. Cummins diesel uses 15W40.
Depends on WHICH Cummins engine.
in this truck it would have a 12 valve 5.9 liter cummins diesel in it
The 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab was offered with a choice of two different engines. These engines are the "5.9-liter High-Output Cummins Turbo Diesel" and the "5.7-liter HEMI V-8".
Dodge's biggest mess ups includes the Ultradrive transmission on the Dodge Caravans, the 2.7 liter V-6 and coil springs on their 1/2 ton RAM pickups. This is a matter open to opinion, of course.
3.2ltr diesel never came in a dodge ram... atleast not in the US. In 1978 D-series rams had a 3.9 ltr Mitsubishi in line 6cyl. 1989 on was the 5.9 cummins, until it was replaced by the 6.7ltr cummins.
No.
Most likely a 5.9 liter cummins turbo diesel 12v
