Yes. The new series is called Dragonball Zeron and will be realeased 2 years later on October 13 2010.

Dragonball Zeron is the manga sequel which is after the anime Dragonball GT. From the evidence I have seen it relates to the Japanese fan manga Dragonball AF. But there are a lot of differences. The only villians that are common in Dragonball AF and Dragonball Zeron are Xicor and Zeel. People talk about the Dragonball Zeron Manga which is going to be released in 2020.
