Unfortunatly, I would say unlikely, not impossible, but improbable. Much of the music in EarthBound was taken from famous artists, like the New Age Retro Hippie song is from Jonny B. Goode by Chuck Berry. If Nintendo did make it again, it would have lots of different music.
