Best bet is to check with your doctor and get some iron supplements.
Best of luck to you!
Not really. I mean if your always thirsty and drinking water, and always urinating, then that may be a sign of dehydration or Diabetes. If your just muching on ice because you like to, then I guess it's just old habits die hard. haha
But, if your drinking a lot of water, and feel overall tired and sluggish, and get headaches easily, you may be dehydrated. So drink a decent ammount of water first, to see if you feel better.
If your like me, when I was diagnosed, and have an irresistable urge to pee, then you should consider going to your physician for a blood glucose test. It's honestly not anything bad, just a finger prink in order to put a drop blood on a test strip of a Glucometer. If your blood sugar is high, your physician will most likely also need the infamous "pee in a cup" to check for keytones, which are sugars floating in your blood stream.
If anything does happen, I'm here if you, or someone you know, ever wants to talk about it xD
Nothing will happen to someone eating ice except urinating alot. However, eating ice is a sign of an iron deficiency.
It can be genetic or it can come from eating a lot and not exercising.
No. If you are pregnant you may eat a lot, but it is not a sign of pregnancy, it is a sign of hunger and/or greed.
this could be a sign of diabetes, being that diabetes makes you thirsty more than normal but it does not necessarily mean that you have diabetes , you should be check by your doctor to be sure.
eating too many foods that contained A LOT of sugar

Yes, actually, eating ice can affect your teeth. It puts a lot of wear on them making them weak and more able to chip and break easy.
You can't get Type I Diabetes from eating sugar. Type II Diabetes may be caused by poor diet and obesity, so it probably doesn't help.
Go on a Keto or Carnivore diet. There is a lot of information on both of these eating plans on YouTube.
If you're Lactose Intolerant it can.
Excessive thirst is one of the many symptoms of Diabetes. If you have noticed that you drink more than the normal amount for someone of your age and activeness It would be A good idea to track down the cause. Diabetes or not.
It could be a sign of anemia, which is a low level of iron in your blood. Check with a doctor, please.
